No. Drayage costs are the client’s responsibility, but we assist via providing shipment weight for cost calculations.

No! We are end to end service and will ensure a professional technician is installing your products for show time. Some union/labor jurisdictions may require hiring members to assist in the build–this will vary by show.

Anything interactive that you can dream of! At F2B we offer custom Hotspot maps, engaging branded games, and a software customized to your company to easily organize your messaging and content.

LED wall resolutions can vary depending on the configuration of the wall you desire. Our standard 10’ x 8’ walls require a resolution of 1200x800px. Many existing videos you may have are close to this format and require little editing (which we can help with too!).

Our gamification software is a great way to attract and create a memorable experience for an attendee and allows you to collect the information you desire in return!

No! F2B will handle all logistics and ensure your product is delivered on the correct dates and times.

All of F2B’s solutions come with all components needed to operate. We cover all of your basic workstation needs (cables, connections, etc.), with the optional additions of speakers for LED solutions, keyboard arms for touchscreen solutions, and more.

EAC stands for exhibitor appointed contractor which would be F2B Services and it allows the company to be registered as a contracted laborer at the show to perform installation and dismantling. It is usually a requirement by most venues. This is usually paired with a request for a COI (Certificate of Insurance). EAC & COI are usually mentioned in your exhibitors package.

As an additional offering, we provide Onsite and Remote site support during an event.  We install and configure your solution prior to the event. If you request us to be there during the event we can provide that service.
