HPE’s Virtual Sales Tool Boosts Engagement

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is an industrial technology company with a comprehensive portfolio, spanning the cloud to the data center to workplace applications. HPE was launched to help organizations accelerate outcomes by unlocking value from all of their data from edge to cloud.

HPE tested Portfolio, a virtual cloud-based sales tool, to gather insight and direct analytics on prospects they have met through virtual conferences. The ability to see inside the minds of vendors and partners allows teams to be extremely precise in meeting the needs of their clients. With these enhanced tools, HPE was able to increase sales and shorten the time between those conversations by up to 50%.

The Portfolio GuestPass feature gave thousands of clients, including some not in attendance at WorkPlaceNext, full access into HPE’s Portfolio to self-explore after the event for a restricted amount of time. With the use of GuestPasses, HPE was able to eliminate the time needed to follow up with prospective clients. Analytics and feedback specific to the end-user were fed directly to the HPE marketing team. This allows for more consistent sales scripting and training, and it drills down to identify client interests.

EWC’s Dynamic Expo Presence Triumphs

East West Connection (EWC) came to make a mark with their three-decade legacy of strategic event planning at the AACCNJ 2023 Black Expo. The expo focuses on entrepreneurship, economic empowerment, and cultural enrichment in underperforming communities. EWC’s combined mission statements to deliver engaging solutions aligned seamlessly with the Expo’s goal of creating a dynamic and educational experience for attendees.

Supported by F2B Services, EWC deployed draft tables as interactive stations to activate their vision. These tables served as dynamic hubs for learning and leading, imparting historical insights on a Portfolio table. The interactive nature of the draft tables not only captivated the audience but also facilitated lead capturing, creating an immersive and educational environment. To top it all off, an easily assembled LED wall stood as background to EWC’s hub, broadcasting sponsor information to the 500+ attendees.

The end result was more impressive than imagined, exceeding expectations and solidifying the success of the AACCNJ 2023 Black Expo as a memorable and enriching community experience for EWC and F2B both.

Snap Finance Shines at SEMA 2023

Snap Finance’s partnership with F2B has spanned quite a few years, with the latter’s digital solutions helping showcase the evolution of Snap’s brand. The most recent combination of these powerhouse efforts came to fruition at SEMA this year, with Snap’s presence spanning multiple booths–which means more opportunities for impressions, and more chances to capture key customers. With this expansion, making sure their lending platform’s message was clear and concise was key, ensuring that customers could make informed decisions with speed and ease.

Both booths featured an interactive Draft table for an easy interaction point, allowing sales teams to either guide customers on a journey, or allow for self exploration. Packaged with Portfolio–a custom media kit, combining all of Snap’s elements into one easy to access platform, teams are enabled with metrics that make follow up off the floor measures easier.

In their larger booth, Snap highlighted partners, statistics, and brand messaging with the help of a custom LED backdrop and LED counter–putting shining lights behind their sales team’s efforts. The result? A stunning SEMA, with buzz for their brand abound.

Accelerate Learning Sparks Engagement at StatCAST

At Texas’ StatCAST show, Accelerate Learning left ideas brewing by harnessing innovative technology to engage and educate science educators. Opting for an LED column to share scheduled content and marketing videos over a standard fabric banner made an eco-friendly cornerstone for attendees to gather at. The column not only served as a beacon for scheduled sessions but also provided a visually compelling platform, effectively communicating the versatility and adaptability of Accelerate Learning’s curriculum.

Matching the mission of their booth with the mission of the show, F2B helped integrate a touchscreen presenter board, transforming education sessions into interactive and immersive experiences. By leveraging technology, Accelerate Learning facilitated real-time engagement, allowing educators to explore the adaptability and accessibility of their STEM solutions.
