As leaders in the elevation of B2B marketing, F2B Services is seeking a performance-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our innovative and growing team in our mission to help organizations unleash the power of digital storytelling. The BDR will be an aspiring Event Technology Consultant with experience in prospecting mid-large B2B companies, conducting lead generation activities, and qualifying potential new clients. The role is focused on propelling the brand and products through online platforms and LinkedIn, and qualifying new event opportunities by contacting and developing prospects through inbound and outbound efforts to generate pipeline. Our Business Development approach uses a mix of warm and cold marketing, with a healthy combination of self driven research, and appointed leads.

At F2B Services, the client always comes first. The Production Associate is responsible for performing an array of functions that may include receiving, testing and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse as well as traveling to a variety of shows throughout the country for install and dismantle.
The Production Associate, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor at F2B Services, plays a vital role in preparing F2B stock for shipping to national and international locations. Responsibilities include assisting in shipping and receiving, maintaining inventory controls, building new product variations, and participating in LED structure construction. The role involves travel to event hubs like Las Vegas, Orlando, Texas, LA, and others based on job requirements. Production Associates are expected to work autonomously, think creatively for new product development, and ensure a safe and orderly warehouse environment.
The position entails physical demands, including lifting objects, and requires qualifications such as a high school diploma, 1-2 years of warehouse experience, organizational skills, dependability, and a sense of ambition. Additionally, the candidate should be open to frequent travel, possess a desire to mentor colleagues, and be able to work a flexible schedule while collaborating effectively with others.
As a Project Coordinator at F2B you will assist our Project Manager in carrying out projects for clients that rent and/or purchase our interactive technology solutions for events and tradeshows. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
The Project Coordinator is a pivotal support figure for the Project Manager, involved in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines. Duties encompass coordinating resources, preparing documentation, participating in client meetings, and delivering status updates. Preferably holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, the candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or event planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite is mandatory, with familiarity in monday.com or Trello being advantageous. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. Attention to detail, a commitment to high-quality work, and flexibility for non-standard work hours are crucial, and prior experience in the events industry is a favorable attribute.
